I’m going to dive right into the details here and get my energy geek on…
As you may know our body is composed of energy (food for thought, everything is energy) and some of the energy bodies it comprises are known as our aura (energy fields), the chakras (energy centers) and the meridians (energy pathways). Our energy field takes in the energy, the chakras break it down and the meridians distribute it throughout the body. Now keeping this in mind, since child birth we naturally begin to experience e-motions (better known as energy in motion) which are balls of energy vibrating at different frequencies. When an emotion goes unresolved it will become trapped somewhere in your physical and energetic body creating blocks. These blocks created by negative trapped emotions ultimately create a disturbance of the energy flow in your body causing mental and/or physical illness.
Let’s say for example: In childhood we experience a trauma causing us a disturbance in one of our energetic bodies. Then slowly throughout life we encounter other unpleasant issues causing us now to trap another negative emotion (you can see where I’m going with this). As we accumulate unresolved emotions these balls of energy will continue to disturb and vibrate in whichever area they became lodged in creating dis-ease over time.
Through energy healing, trapped emotions can be neutralized and released allowing the body to regain its resources and therefore ability to return to a state of balance and heal.

ABOUT ME
Just like you… I’m a soul having a Human experience navigating through the ebbs and flows of life while simultaneously releasing layers of limiting beliefs and conditioning, gathered since childbirth, in order to find my way back to my soul’s purpose to live the life that wants to be lived through me. Phew, that was a mouthful!
The truth is that it's been a journey of self-discovery through physical and mental healing and spiritual growth. After battling various health issues over many years, I found the immense benefit and power of energy healing.
During my younger years, I always felt a calling and gravitated towards nontraditional methods of healing. My path was not evident to me until I had to look for alternative methods to assist me in coping with stress, anxiety, depression and physical pain.
Throughout my journey I have learned and experienced various techniques and approaches beyond traditional methods which have restored my emotional and physical health. It’s through my transformation in which I’ve been inspired to found Lisa Regalado in efforts to share my knowledge through a variety of healing modalities to help you improve and maintain optimal health.

Heart-Wall Clearing

Release layers of trapped emotions formed around your heart.
By clearing the Heart Wall you’ll be releasing layers of trauma accumulated around the heart. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
Depression, Anxiety, PTSD or any other emotional disorder(s), this may be just what you need to help you break free from the pattern of those emotions.

Heart-Wall Clearing Package (3 sessions)
Release layers of trapped emotions formed around your heart.
By clearing the Heart Wall you’ll be releasing layers of trauma accumulated around the heart. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD or any other emotional disorder(s), this may be just what you need to help you break free from the pattern of those emotions.
Typically a person has approximately 30 something trapped emotions in the heart area and our bodies allow around 7-10 emotions to be cleared per session. With that said one would need at least 3 Heart Wall sessions to clear a Heart Wall. In order to obtain the maximum benefits I would recommend clearing your Heart-Wall completely and therefore have created this package consisting of 3 Sessions.

Personal Energy Clearing

Personal Energy Clearing is a session to release trapped emotions that our body has experienced and not fully processed causing them to get stuck within the body.
These emotions which are balls of energy, approximately the size of your fist, continuously vibrate against your organs, glands and any part of the body in which they settled into. Over time the continuous vibration can cause emotional distress and dis-ease.
Through this session not only can you release emotions in general but you can have "event specific" emotions addressed.
Trapped emotions also contribute to the lens in which you view and react to the world. Let's say for example, you have a trapped emotion of anger from something that occurred earlier in the day and are carrying this emotion with you, then in the afternoon your anger is triggered again by another event and so on and so forth. What happens is that each trigger will compound and the emotion will get easily triggered each time because the initial trigger is still there. Slowly through life experiences these emotions build up and start contributing to the person we have become and the pattern in which we use to handle our day to day life
creating the lens in which we view our lives through.

Try to rest and most importantly drink lots of water to help the body process the energy being cleared out.

IS THERE ANYTHING I HAVE TO DO ONCE MY SHIELD HAS BEEN PUT IN PLACE?
Once your shield has been activated you have it for life. When we sleep it is possible that it goes down but all you have to do is say “shields up” and it will reset and continue protecting you.
WHAT IS REMOTE HEALING?
Most of my clients prefer remote healing due to the convenience. A session can be done by using a more advanced technique known as Remote Healing. Energy knows no boundaries or barriers. As an Energy Healer, I can connect with my client regardless of the distance between us. If permission is received, I can connect and work with you. In the case of someone who is unable to respond, permission can be granted by asking that person’s higher-self.
HOW OFTEN CAN I SCHEDULE A CLEARING SESSION?
I recommend a weeks time between one clearing session and another to allow your body ample time to process and integrate the previous clearing session.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN EMOTIONS OR ENERGIES ARE CLEARED OUT FROM OUR BODY OR SPACE?
Since the emotions that tend to get trapped are heavy when they are released you are more likely to feel lighter and more at ease.
CAN ANYONE CONNECT WITH YOU ENERGETICALLY?
When connecting energetically permission needs to be granted by the person receiving the healing. Permission is obtained when service is booked.
