I believe the body stores our life experiences both energetically and physically. Stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma, habitual movement patterns, and nervous system dysregulation can create imbalances that are held within the body over time.
 

Through a combination of Energy Healing and Fascial Maneuvers, my approach is designed to support the release of stored tension, emotional holding patterns, and energetic stagnation while helping the body return to greater balance, flow, and ease.

The Emotion Code is an energy healing modality designed to help identify and release trapped emotional energy that may be stored within the body.

Trapped emotions are believed to be unresolved emotional energies that can accumulate over time through stressful experiences, emotional overwhelm, trauma, or other life events. These energetic imbalances may contribute to emotional, physical, or energetic discomfort within the body.

Using a form of muscle testing, the body is gently guided to identify the emotions that are ready to be released. Once identified, a magnetic technique is used along the body’s governing meridian to help release the trapped emotional energy in a gentle and non-invasive way.

Many people experience this modality as deeply calming, supportive, and emotionally freeing, often noticing a greater sense of lightness, clarity, balance, and connection afterward.

Emotion Code sessions are suitable for individuals of all ages and can be experienced both in-person and remotely.

What Does An Energy Healing Session Consist of?

During an Emotion Code session, I will work with you to identify and release trapped emotional energies that may be contributing to emotional, energetic, or physical imbalances within the body.
 

Using this gentle and non-invasive technique, the body guides the session by revealing the emotions that are ready to be released at that time. On average, approximately 10 trapped emotions may be released during each session.
 

Following your session, a detailed summary of the released emotions and findings will be provided to you via email within 24 hours.
 

Emotion Code sessions are gentle, safe, and suitable for individuals of all ages — including children and even pets. Many clients describe the experience as deeply transformative, often reporting feelings of greater emotional lightness, inner peace, clarity, balance, and reconnection with themselves.
 

An added benefit of this modality is that sessions can be performed remotely, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your home and from anywhere in the world. Emotion Code sessions may also be experienced on their own or alongside other healing and wellness modalities.

When unresolved emotional energy remains stored within the body over time, it may begin to influence the physical body as well — often showing up as tension patterns, restriction, discomfort, or nervous system dysregulation held within the fascia.

While Energy Healing helps support the release of energetic and emotional imbalances, Fascial Maneuvers help address the physical holding patterns that may develop within the body as a result.

What Are Fascial Maneuvers?

Fascial Maneuvers are gentle, intentional movements and techniques designed to help restore flow, mobility, and balance within the body by addressing restrictions held within the fascia — the body’s continuous connective tissue network that surrounds and supports every muscle, organ, nerve, bone, and structure within the body.

According to teachings surrounding fascia and tensegrity, the body functions as one interconnected system rather than separate parts. Because fascia is connected from head to toe, tension or restriction in one area of the body can often create compensations, pulling patterns, discomfort, or dysfunction elsewhere within the body.

Over time, physical stress, emotional stress, trauma, repetitive movements, posture patterns, injuries, surgeries, inflammation, and nervous system dysregulation can create restrictions within the fascia. These restrictions may contribute to areas of tension, compression, reduced hydration within the fascia, and the development of small fascial adhesions, sometimes referred to as micro-adhesions

When fascia loses its natural fluidity and adaptability, the body often begins creating compensatory movement and protection patterns which may contribute to stiffness, restricted mobility, chronic tension, postural imbalances, chronic pain, discomfort, or a feeling of disconnection within the body.

Surgeries and physical trauma may also impact the fascial system significantly, as scar tissue and protective holding patterns can create additional restriction throughout the interconnected fascial network — often extending far beyond the original area itself.

Through specific positioning, breathwork, compression, stretching, and gentle torqueing techniques, Fascial Maneuvers help encourage the fascia to rehydrate, soften, unwind, and restore greater movement and communication throughout the body.

Many individuals experience Fascial Maneuvers as deeply regulating and restorative, often noticing:
