After discussing your areas of concern, movement limitations, discomfort, postural patterns, or emotional and physical tension you may be experiencing, I will create a customized instructional video demonstrating Fascial Maneuvers selected specifically to support your body. These gentle yet powerful maneuvers are designed to help release stored tension within the fascia, improve mobility and body awareness, support nervous system regulation, and encourage greater physical and emotional ease within the body. Your personalized video allows you to revisit the movements at your own pace and create a supportive self-care practice from the comfort of your home.
