1:1 Spiritual Talk + Support

Service Description

This private 1:1 session offers a safe, compassionate space to talk openly about what you're experiencing and feel heard and supported without judgment. There are times in life when we simply need someone to talk to—someone who can listen with an open heart and without trying to judge, fix, or dismiss what we're experiencing. Whether you're navigating a spiritual awakening, a dark night of the soul, personal transformation, changing beliefs, a shifting sense of identity, or simply a period of uncertainty or change, this session gives you space to slow down, talk through what you're experiencing, and explore what may be unfolding within you. Having walked through my own periods of spiritual growth and transformation, I understand how unfamiliar, isolating, or difficult to explain these experiences can sometimes feel. During our conversation, I'll meet you where you are—listening, holding space, sharing spiritual perspective when helpful, and gently supporting you as you connect with your own insights and inner knowing. You don't need to have everything figured out, and you don't need to identify with any particular spiritual belief or path. Sometimes, we simply need a safe space to talk and someone willing to truly listen. Each person's experience and journey are unique, and individual experiences and outcomes will vary. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments will be charged in full.
