This personalized 1:1 live session offers individualized guidance through Fascial Maneuvers from the comfort of your own space. 💻 LIVE VIA ZOOM Throughout the session, I’ll guide you through intentional breath and movement while coaching you through Fascial Maneuvers selected based on your individual needs and areas of tension. I’ll observe your movements in real time and provide personalized cues, adjustments, and modifications to help you explore each maneuver at a pace and range that feels appropriate for your body. Whether you're new to Fascial Maneuvers or looking for more personalized guidance, this live session provides an opportunity to deepen your practice, improve body awareness, and support greater ease, mobility, and release of tension—all with individualized guidance from wherever you are. Please make sure you have enough space to move comfortably and position your device so that I can clearly see your body and movements throughout the session. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full.
